Healing with Strangers is a community circle where strangers come together to share stories, listen without judgment, and experience genuine human connection. No therapy, no fixing, no pressure — just real conversations and quiet solidarity.

Event Details

Sometimes, you don't need an answer. You just need someone to listen. We spend so much of our lives surrounded by people, yet there are moments when we still feel completely alone. You might be dealing with stress that nobody around you knows about. You might be feeling lonely even when your phone is full of contacts. Maybe you've had a difficult week, you're going through a change in life, or perhaps something good happened and you simply want to share it with someone. Healing with Strangers is a community circle created for exactly those moments. It's a space where strangers can come together, slow down, talk, listen, and connect through real human experiences. You can share your stories — stress, loneliness, difficult days, confusing moments, personal experiences, little wins, small victories, or anything else that's been on your mind. And if you don't feel like talking? That's completely okay too. You can simply sit in the circle and listen to someone else's story. A community circle, not a therapy session Let's make one thing clear: This is NOT therapy. There are no therapists, diagnoses, counselling sessions, or professional treatment here. Nobody is here to analyse you. Nobody is here to tell you what's wrong with you. Nobody is here to give you unsolicited advice. And nobody is expected to "fix" anyone. Instead, we're creating something much simpler: A room where people listen to each other. Because sometimes being heard without judgment can feel surprisingly meaningful. What can you talk about? There are no compulsory topics. You might talk about: Stress and everyday struggles, Feeling lonely or disconnected, Difficult days, Moving to a new city, Friendship and social life, Things you've been thinking about, Something you're currently going through, A small achievement you're proud of, A recent happy moment, Something you've never had the chance to say Or simply a funny or interesting story from your week You don't need to prepare a speech. You don't need to be "interesting." You don't need to have a big story. Just come as you are. You don't have to share One of the most important parts of this circle is that sharing is always optional. If you're comfortable speaking, you can share. If you're nervous, you can take your time. If you don't know what to say, that's perfectly fine. And if you'd rather just listen? You're welcome. Sometimes listening to another person's experience reminds us that we're not the only ones figuring life out. No pressure. No performance. This isn't a networking event. It isn't a competition to see who has the most interesting story. It isn't a place where you have to impress anyone. There is no pressure to perform, participate, or pretend that everything is perfect. Different stories. Same feelings. We're simply bringing people together and creating a little space for honest conversation. What makes it different? You may walk into the room knowing nobody. That's actually the point. You don't have to arrive with an existing friend group. You don't have to know what to expect. You simply arrive as yourself and meet other people who decided to step outside their usual routine and connect with strangers. A few conversations can sometimes make a city feel a little less unfamiliar. A few stories can make a difficult week feel a little less heavy. And sometimes, a room full of strangers can feel surprisingly human. The idea is simple Share. Listen. Connect. No therapy. No judgments. No fixing. Just genuine conversation and quiet solidarity. Come with your story. Or come without one. Come to speak. Or come to listen. Come as you are. Leave a little lighter. Healing with Strangers is about creating a community where people can slow down, connect with others, and remember that behind every stranger is a story we haven't heard yet.
